In March 2020, with the country in Covid-19 lockdown and the end of the Brexit transition period drawing nearer, we weren’t sure what the impacts would be on both our industry and our business.
In fact, public sector procurement has continued unchanged and as more businesses look to win work from a sector offering more security, requests for our help have continued to come in thick and fast. So far in 2021 we’ve already worked on 13 bids for eight of our clients, as well as creating case studies, developing knowledge bases and signing two new clients up to our tender search service – it’s safe to say that we’re being kept very busy!
With so much going on, it was time to start thinking about growing our team again, so this month we’ve welcomed Demi Paxton as our new Services Support Officer.
With a strong administrative background and previous tendering experience, Demi’s a great addition to our team and joined us ready to hit the ground running.
She’ll be managing our public sector search service, liaising with our clients to make sure we’re always searching for the right opportunities for them, talking to them about other services we offer that could benefit them, and gathering feedback to help our continuous improvement. She’ll be navigating portals to provide clients with the tender documentation for any opportunities they’re interested in, and helping them to understand the submission requirements.
Demi will also be providing support for the rest of the team across the whole business, helping to keep everything running smoothly so we’re always providing the best possible service to our clients. She’ll be getting stuck into everything from monitoring clarifications on live bids and helping to update our client knowledge bases, to supporting with marketing and business development, and general office administration.
Welcome to the team Demi – we’re really glad you’ve joined us!
