Our expertise is in written communications in a B2B environment. Emma Jaques

Emma Jaques

Managing Director

Our Managing Director, Emma Jaques, is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, and holds the coveted Practitioner accreditation.

Emma has worked in client-facing environments for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in managing both B2B and B2C projects.

A business development specialist, Emma is experienced in helping organisations to create strategic and tactical programmes to meet their immediate and longer-term

challenges. She has led bid teams tasked with designing programmes for organisations such as O2, Sainsbury’s, the Department for Work and Pensions, BT, British Gas and the Environment Agency as well as numerous local authorities.

An excellent communicator, Emma is an expert in business writing, particularly bid documents, but she is equally experienced in marketing communications and copywriting.

Emma’s books on bid management are published by Kogan Page.

Joanna Tillott

Joanna Tillott

Business Operations Manager

Our Business Operations Manager, Joanna Tillott, is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, and is APMP accredited at Foundation Level.

Joanna oversees the day-to-day business operations at Onto the Page and provides line management and guidance for the team. She also looks after our existing clients to ensure they are getting the full level of attention from us at all times whilst taking advantage of the full range of services and benefits that we can offer. She has a strong understanding of business goals and priorities and manages the delivery of bid processes.

Joanna has a degree in PR, Marketing and Applied Communication, as well as a wealth of business experience to draw upon. She joined us in early 2014.

Sarah Heyes

Sarah Heyes

Bid Manager

Our Bid Manager, Sarah Heyes, provides a full range of bid support to our clients; this includes identifying and researching bid opportunities, authoring, bid process management, reviewing submissions and feedback.

With a background in business development and bid writing, Sarah has an excellent working knowledge of the bid management process. Award writing also falls under her remit, showcasing our clients’ win themes and USPs. Supporting the company towards ISO9001 accreditation, Sarah is helping us to continuously improve our customer service.

Kate Gregory

Kate Gregory

Knowledge and Content Manager

Our Knowledge and Content Manager, Kate Gregory, has a background in journalism and a wealth of experience in gathering information and transforming it into compelling, easy to read copy.

Her key role is to work closely with our clients to write bids and award applications, as well as creating copy for a wide range of marketing materials including websites, brochures and adverts.

A qualified proofreader, Kate has also worked extensively in information management and is tasked with supporting clients in the use of our knowledge management software, Knowledge Central.

Nahid Mollik

Nahid Mollik

Business Support Executive

Our Business Support Executive is Nahid Mollik. Following years of exemplary supervisory work in the hospitality industry, Nahid is now keen to learn about bid management. Nahid is also currently studying BSc Management at the prestigious Russell Group Institution, University of Leeds – he is eager to improve himself to become more efficient. Nahid’s work ethic, years of delivering prodigious customer service and drive to learn makes him the perfect person to handle aspects of the business such as: supporting the tender search service; developing the Onto the Page brand; and managing marketing and social media campaigns for both Onto the Page and our clients.

Emma Jaques, our Managing Director, has written two books on bidding best practice for international publishers, Kogan Page.

Bid Management is written for those with little or no bid experience, whilst The Winning Bid is aimed at the more experienced bid manager.
