Managing Director Emma Jaques founded Onto the Page in 2008 to help companies of all shapes and sizes navigate the pitfalls and frustrations of tendering more smoothly.
Over the past 12 years we’ve steadily grown an agile, highly-skilled team committed to professional and personal development – everyone in our bid team is a member of our professional body, the Association of Proposal Management Professionals. We’ve built a thorough understanding of the challenges facing bidders, using this knowledge to develop and update our service provision.

Not only do our clients also benefit from her expertise through the bid skills and knowledge management training sessions she delivers, but she has provided invaluable insights for a wider audience through the two published books she’s written on bidding best practice, The Winning Bid and Bid Management.

Sarah’s experience in managing and writing both public and private sector bids for clients across a wide variety of industries means she’s an expert in providing a full range of bid support to clients of all shapes and sizes. The bidding workshops and bespoke training sessions she delivers help clients to get ‘bid ready’ and give them the tools to write winning bids. And because she manages our Quality Management System and continuous improvement programme, she’s the perfect person to advise our clients on their own quality processes.

Abigail’s background in journalism gives her the insight she needs to create winning bids and proposals for our clients. She knows exactly what questions to ask and which angles to take in tender responses to show buyers that our client is the right choice. Abigail’s extensive experience in persuasive writing on topics including business and finance allows her to produce detailed, convincing and highly-scoring responses.

Kate’s background in journalism means she’s an expert at working with clients to gather information on any subject and transform it into compelling, easy-to-read copy that connects with the audience. She’s skilled at creating everything from case studies and business policies to support client bid submissions, to marketing materials that spread the word about our clients and what they offer via websites, blogs, brochures, and much more. Clients looking to organise their bid content or other company documents benefit from Kate’s experience in information management, and her passion for our knowledge management software product, Knowledge Central.

The expert support Nahid provides to the bid team by managing production of bid and proposal response documents ensures the design and look of our clients’ responses matches the quality of the writing inside. He also manages procurement portals and carries out compliance checks, making sure our clients don’t miss any vital messages from buyers, and that every document has been completed and uploaded when it’s time to press the ‘submit’ button. Nahid also helps key clients to market their services without fuss by managing their social media activity.

Kiran manages our search service, looking through hundreds of tender notices every day to identify suitable opportunities for our clients. She also deals with requests for further information, sending out the relevant tender documents to help clients make their bid/no bid decisions. With a background in marketing and business support, Kiran attends a range of networking events to meet new contacts and discuss how Onto the Page can help them. She also helps to keep everything running smoothly for our clients by supporting the whole team in all areas of the business, from office administration to arranging our tendering workshops.
