The Quality Policy of Onto the Page is to determine, agree & conform to our Client’s needs & expectations, whilst fulfilling the requirements of ISO 9001 and statutory law. All of our Bid Consultancy and Business Writing services and activities are undertaken to APMP and industry codes of practice.
Onto the Page recognises that to be competitive & maintain good economic performance in the Bid Management service industry, we must employ management systems that continually improve the quality of our services that in turn increases the satisfaction of our clients, employees, shareholders, suppliers & society at large.
Our Quality Management System is built around the people and processes that drive the required performance outcomes for all our work. We aim to learn from every project, adapt and improve, plan for the future and act in our clients’ and our own long-term interests.
Key objectives are that our Management System provides:
- Confidence of our clients that their requirements for quality and safety are being achieved in the delivered service.
- Confidence of our management and staff that the requirements for quality are being fulfilled & maintained, and that quality improvements take place.
- A framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.
We are conscious that the motivation of our employees is dependent on their training and understanding of the tasks they are expected to perform. It is part of our on-going training programme that this policy is communicated and understood within Onto the Page and interested parties.
The QMS is the responsibility of our MD, Emma Jaques, who ensures that all employees and associates are aware of its contents and how to apply them.
Quality of work is the responsibility of all employees of the company.
