Training CoursesWritten Communications training

We also provide written communications training, designed to sharpen up your copywriting skills and to help you to recognise your company’s unique ‘tone of voice’.

This practical and fun course is targeted at those looking to communicate more effectively in writing. We start by teaching you a simple, three-step checklist that we guarantee will ensure your written communications are more impactful in the future.

We then go on to cover Plain English, grammar and punctuation, with lots of really practical help on improving your writing skills.

Finally, we help you capture the unique personality of your company by creating your very own ‘tone of voice’ guidelines. These can be shared with everyone in your organisation to ensure all future communications are consistent and up to scratch!

We can tailor sessions to gain CPD points within your organisation.

Some professions require employees to undertake ‘Continuing Professional Development’ (CPD) training courses as a means by which knowledge and skills related to the profession are maintained. The requirement is usually for a certain number of hours each year.

CPD points can be claimed on our training courses, helping you to develop your communication skills and knowledge.
