PQQ, ITT, bids and proposals support

We can provide ongoing bid support in many different ways, how we help is entirely down to our clients.

Whether you need help finding bidding opportunities, working your way through a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), responding to an Invitation To Tender (ITT) or creating the perfect proposal, we can help.

Some clients like us to manage the entire process, whilst others simply require guidance or bespoke coaching.

Bid audit

An honest (but very helpful) critique of your work.

Maybe you want an independent bid expert to check everything over to make sure you’ve given yourselves the best possible chance of winning before you submit your document.

Or maybe your last few bids haven’t won and you just don’t know why.

We’ll look over the tender documents, then look at your response, and give you an honest and useful appraisal of your submission, recommending areas in which you might make improvements – so that your next bid is a winner.

 

Bid and proposal creation

Expert help to create winning bids and proposals, not just a compliant one.

As much or as little support on your bid or proposal as you like. We can act as your interim bid management team, as support to your own bid team, or anything in between.

However much help you ask for, we’ll make sure that you’ve got a winning strategy and have really created the best possible submission.

Our latest wins!

Some of our recent successes include:

  • Thanks to our partnership with the Manchester Business Growth Hub, over 150 business men and women have been trained to write and deliver bids for their companies – some of them winning massive contracts since!
  • A win for a client bidding into the higher education sector. Although our client had other customers in this sector, they had not supplied this particular university before. The feedback from the procurement team (almost) made us blush; the quality score achieved was 69.13 out of 70. Needless to say, we were all pretty happy with that one!
